WHAT WE’RE DOING: Submerging ourselves in R&R and Play, and re-imagine rest, relaxation, recreation, and recuperation.

How can you best refresh your spirit? What is needed to immerse yourself in the world in a way that suits you; to exalt the senses and expand the mind and a sense of possibility?

Let’s consider an existence where “rest” might be less ….

Have you ever experienced “rest” that drains you of joie-de-vivre?

A bit more about R&R and Play:

💥“PLAY”: Imagine that life’s purpose is to engage with a playful universe; that the only thing wanted from us is to be in play with life. This could mean cartwheeling down the street, sitting at an outdoor cafe saying hello to passers-by, being there for family members, making eye contact with a loved one, picking up the phone, saying YES to an invitation, volunteering, more mischief, laughing. We’re going to experiment with our preferred modes of play and playfulness.

And to keep ourselves in Play mode, we need our—

💥R & R! What if we rested, relaxed, recreated, and recouped in new & fresh ways, ones that deeply supported us, ones that helped us stay engaged with our lives, the people in them, and the challenges of our times?

It’s election season in the U.S., and the world is showing us her livelier side these days. Let’s move deeper into life and living (or try to stay in it), even when we want to hide and close our eyes.

HOW SUMMER CAMP WORKS:

• You’ll receive new posts every Tuesday.

• Each week will highlight a topic or focus, accompanied by a prompt or activity—morsels that you can easily integrate into daily life.

• Once a month you’ll receive a recap email, a way to review and reflect on new experiences and insights. Stay tuned for open chats or a pop-up salon along the way.

• Summer Camp runs for 12 weeks. You can engage however you like—start at any time, pick up where you left off, and save some activities for later. Let’s see what happens!

• Summer Camp is for paid subscribers, but free to all subscribers through July 2. After that, you can upgrade to a monthly subscription, and pay $8 per month, which means you can go to summer camp for 12 weeks, for just $24. ☀️
