Also, the necessity of the arts and creative expression to heal each other. I’m going to call “creative expression” just about anything that feels like you trilling with life. Cooking dinner, painting your walls, tutoring math, making snow angels, writing a letter, picking your nose, driving through traffic and playing a game to keep yourself form going crazy, you name it.
